Awesome experience. We dropped off our trailer here on Sunday afternoon. The employee was riding outside on the motorscooter, he welcomed us and unhinged the trailer.

I would not recommend taking a 2015 Honda CRV EX-L to this location to have a U-Haul trailer hitch installed. My install wasn’t done professionally like U-Haul Trailer Hitches And Towing, YouTube Channel recommends. Will add photos later showing my finished install.

It took a while to get around to this review, and Im hoping this is the right location. I moved on 10 MAR 22. I had to do some running around because my movers were late. Daniel at this location was the most helpful a human being can be. I got there a little before closing and he went above and beyond to ensure that i felt comfortable with my car on the auto dolly, and taught me everything i needed to know. this is an oversimplification, but he provided the best customer service i imagine you could at a Uhaul location. I don't know what he makes, but PAY HIM MORE MONEY.
