Long waits and questionable work. I’ve been standing in an empty store for the last 15 minutes waiting for anyone to show up. I had a hitch installed, and they gouged my bumper in two spots. The employee wouldn’t take responsibility for it and offered no concessions. Will happily take my money elsewhere in the future.
