By far my best experience at a Uhaul location. The staff is friendly and attentive, their facilities are top notch and their fleet is in new condition. Stanley and Hailey took great care of us.

They don't even understand English, I told them I need to pick up 8 boxes, they told you I need to go somewhere else, I show them my order details, the black boy behind the counter can't even read English, the other woman even can't know how to change the order for pickup place, terrible service, they don't even have basic training...

A gem in a bad place of town. Driving there feels scary and I saw at least 2 different traffic related fights in the intersection before. However, the UHaul store, staff were helpful and friendly. They took me through the process which was contactless. The billing was smooth and we incurred no hidden fees. Kudos to the staff
