We went to this location on 12/30/21. The young woman who helped us was Akysia U. She was very helpful and went above and beyond what she needed to in order to help us. She was able to help us with a problem with pricing and time. We had already had our reservation location changed once. Then when we went to the new one it turned out to be a closed location. Newnan was our third location. She was very professional and handled our transaction with care. Meanwhile the rain was pouring down, she was ready to run out and bring our truck to us so that we would not have to get wet. Akysia U. provided extra care. Thank you for her proformance.

I rented a trailer from them and I was double charged. I picked it up on Saturday and returned it on Sunday at 9am, but I was charged for 2 days. I have been trying to get it resolved directly from U-Haul for the past month, but I haven't gotten anywhere. I am in the process of disputing it with Visa but that is a difficult process with my bank. I won't rent from them again until I get refunded the double charge. The over charge was finally resolved about 3 months later. I'm updating my review to 3 stars.
