Went to get propane tank filled. We are at a marina on sailboat, so we had to Uber to the location with tank and wait for an RV’s propane to be filled. After they were done filling the RV the young man went inside for payment. This is when an older gentleman came out to service us. He looked over the tank and told us he couldn’t fill the tank because it needed to be inspected and certified the stamping on the tank was 7-07 and he said they need to be inspected every 10 years.We found a place to certify the tank 10 miles up the road and had to contract another Uber to get there. When we did get there we explained that we needed the tank inspected and certified. The technician looked at us funny and pointed to a sticker saying the tank was re-certified February 2019. Thanks to the incompetence of UHaul’s employee it cost me additional $25.00 and time wasted to get my tank filled. Employees should have the knowledge to look for certification stickers. I usually get my tanks filled at Uhaul but no longer.

Had a long term van rental. Van was great, Marcus was great. "BUDDY" the older gentleman working here, not great. Horrible in fact. Extremely rude, very dismissive and short. Was rude to my mother which in fact started an argument between us. Absolutly disgusting demeanor for customer service. The way he chooses to speak to customers is ridiculous and incredibly over the top. Customer service should not feel like your being attacked. Very poor service due to this one employee at uhaul and i was told "he has been with uhaul for decades". My question is how??? If you get an older gentleman named "BUDDY" as your uhaul rep, good luck. Id dare to say youve lost many customers do to this guy as he started another arguement with the next customer in line as we were leaving. "BUDDY" is the specific reason we will never use this location again. 1 star
