We moved to Columbus, OH from other part of the country with a big Uhaul truck along with a trailer pulling our car with it. We came to This location first, to drop the trailer back. It’s a big lot, with many parking spots. We parked our Uhaul here in a secured place somewhere at the backside for a couple of days until we got the Apartmnet. The staff is very reasonable, helpful, and welcoming. They have storage facility as well.

Kevin Green helped us at this location, he was so nice and friendly. He stayed out in the cold and rain with us and helped make sure we were safe and secure before we left. We are inexperienced in pulling a trailer so his expertise and patience was greatly appreciated. Thank you Kevin for everything, we appreciate your assistance very much.

Kevin and tariq were AMAZING and life savers after having a nightmare with budget truck rental. We went to go pick up our rental truck + the car carrier at budget then while were AT budget they told us they didn’t have the car carrier but we could get one elsewhere. Luckily Uhaul had one available, but the wiring for the trailer didn’t work with budgets cheap system. They were super knowledgeable and we found a way to get the trailer to work. Kevin and tariq helped tremendously and we would recommend them to anyone for moving help!! Also NEVER rent from budget. Regardless of how much affordable it is, don’t do it. It’s cheap for a reason you pay for what you get which is terrible service and no help when something goes wrong
