  I would go out of my way to rent from this location just because the people here are so great. Josh Cervantes and Sergio helped us get our truck quickly after another location (25541 Arctic Ocean Dr, Lake Forest, CA 92630) failed to even be open for us to pick up our truck. They did it on the fly, under pressure, and were very very good to work with. Highly recommended for your truck and storage needs. Thanks a million Josh C. and Sergio you saved the day!

  Don't bother paying to have a tow hitch installed by these scam artists. Paid $450 to have the work done and 2 times before the appointment date was contacted with problems about the future installation. I should have canceled at that time, but opted to give them the benefit of doubt. We dropped the vehicle off at 11am and were finally told at 5pm that there was noone available to do the work. After picking up the vehicle, we were informed that because there was no manager on site, they would be unable to issue a refund or do anything about the lack of actual service done. The customer service line helpfully informed me that the only person who can authorize a refund is the manager on site. Save yourself a wasted day and just find a competent mechanic to perform the work instead.

  I haven't rented a U-Haul in a long time. But I did not expect the staff to go above and beyond, like they did. Usually renting a uhaul means you have a few long days ahead of you if not more. But the staff at this facility can make those days a little bit easier.
