The staff here was amazing! I ordered some moving supplies online and my order was ready at the time I requested. The associate even helped me out to my car with my boxes. I had to come back later because I forgot a few things and someone else was there. Two gentleman helped me and were so friendly. I ended up renting a storage unit as well. The process was smooth and painless. When I brought my boxes to my storage unit the next day, there were even carts available to pack my boxes on so I only had to make a few trips. So quick and effortless! Thank you U-Haul in Sanford for your excellent service and going above and beyond.

Manager at this location was a Godsend, thank you Diana Gato! I had rented a dolly for my car which had a blown transmission ($$$) and when I went to pick car up it was behind gates (shop closed early), so I had to return dolly. Diana was kind enough to give me a full refund. Which under my current financial situation (blown up car) was very much appreciated! And her team at the location was very helpful as well!

Ok pick up day should have been the warning - had to stand there and wait while the guy behind the counter was talking on the phone. No problem but at least acknowledge that you have a customer. After an extended wait we got the truck. Now we are here waiting to turn it in. It has been over an hour. This place is the slowest place I have ever used and will not be back. I will rent from a place that values customers and has the skill to get people through without extensive waits.
