  Extremely disappointed in the quality of the service, despite several people suggesting that AAA would provide me with good service. The primary issue is that the movers did not wrap ANY of my furniture in blankets and shrink-wrap, as is customary with any professional moving service. As a result, because no moving blankets were used, nearly all of my furniture, including an almost new $1,000+ 4K TV, were damaged (see the pictures below for a few examples). AAA charged me approximately $2,000 for the move and they did about $5,000 in damage to the furniture, hence the extreme disappointment.

  We are sorry to hear you had any issues with your move. However, to say that we did not use any pads or that almost everything was damaged is just NOT true. After reviewing call, text and email logs, I see that almost a month later this review is the first our office has been made aware of any issues.   I just want to highlight Tom's work in the sales/quotes office. He was SO kind, professional, and detailed when we were discussing moving logistics. He took the time to explain the different details of the move including the professional quality of the movers, and honestly it was just a pleasure talking to him. I ended up not using their moving services, only because I'm located a little further from their dispatch offices than I would have liked, but I 1000% would have gone with them had that not been a factor. I still highly recommend them. My sister has also used them in the past, and had nothing but positive things to say about her moving experience (she referred me to them because she had such a positive experience). Tom, thank you so much. Moving usually isn't fun or easy, but you put humanity and ease into it- a brilliant sales professional. I appreciate you!

I moved from Orlando to Lake Mary and I was charged a little over 250.00. They sent 3 movers for a two bedroom apartment. My husband had already packed the majority of the things so all they did was move them. So I decided to use them again. That was a mistake. They only sent two guys. I was moving less than 5 miles away and again my husband packed a majority of the things in boxes. This time my husband had to actually move the items as well because there were not enough men sent. It was ridiculous. There was also damage done to my apartment. The price for this was almost 600.00. I will never use this company again. Oh, the packers also were not happy that they didn't get a tip and had to make a comment about it. Reply to owner: Wow! To automatically assume that the review I gave is not legitimate says a lot. The first time we used this company, we were never asked how many movers were needed from anyone at your company once we scheduled the move. You sent 3. The second time, same thing happened. No one asked how many movers we needed. You sent 2. YOU are the professionals. You should know the amount of movers that are needed for a job. If you send less movers, the job takes longer and the more you can charge the customer. I will not contact your company. I am leaving this review to let other people know what happened to me. Not every review is going to be 5 stars for you. Instead of assuming that this review is from a competitor, you should appreciate the feedback and put it to good use. Good day to you.

  I am sorry to hear you had any issues with your move. I do not have enough info based on this post to confirm which move this was or if we even moved you. We have actually had a couple of reviews posted by competitors and even got a couple taken down for that reason. Some of your comments do not add up. Our minimum charge for 3 movers is $372. So we would not normally provide 3 movers for $250 unless it was some type of discounted charity move situation. We provide the number of movers YOU request. So if we only provided 2 movers that was based on how YOU booked the move, with 2 or 3 movers. One exception to this would be if we had a worker call out for the day. I do not recall any of our workers calling out sick recently that we couldn't cover. A $600 move for 2 movers would have been about 5 1/2 hours which is not unreasonable for a 2 bedroom move. Especially if stairs are involved. That would be 2 1/2 hours to load, 2 1/2 to unload and a little time for the drive. Tips are never required. If movers are caught making any comments complaining about tips or lack of they are penalized and/or fired. Again I need more info to determine which move this is. I encourage you to call us at 407-330-7320. So that we can discuss your move and help you file a claim for any damages if applicable.
