Rented a 15' Uhaul for a move from a 2 bedroom apartment. Staff was very pleasant and had no issues at all. Rented an appliance dolly as well but ended up not needing it as we bought the forearm straps and they worked great.

The people at Hamburg St. U-haul are so pleasant and professional. They were also very accommodating when I needed to keep the truck a little longer. Upon returning the truck, they even asked how everything went. Just very pleased with the service. I recommend this u-haul ten times over.
