I like that the storage across Pitt Community College have 3 floors, climate control, and for the most part clean. I don't like the customer service particularly. They can't answer simple questions, not willing to go that extra mile, on the weekend the "slow" in more ways than one , nonchalant people are working, they are outside in one of the vehicles listening to music, not working in a timely manner. Furthermore, they can NEVER find my name. Due to the fact, the person that signed me up didn't have my name, phone, or anything else correct! At one point, they were trying to charge me 50 per cent more than it cost. I can't pay online because they have my name, that I owed, $150( a lie), and there is no account number which is a red flag! One of the reps tried to convince me to pay the $ and that the manager would reimburse me! I asked when would he be in she lied and said she didn't know. I called later and another person looked at the schedule and told me when he would be available. I had already paid it it didn't register on my account. When the manager came back, he asked for the card number, and credited to my account. Either the staff need more training or they just don't care. Also, their prices has gone up 3 times since I paid for storage.

Very clean, organized and well stocked at this location. Needed a van rental for a quick trip. The rental and drop off went smooth and easy. The associate that worked with me was very kind and helpful with information about the area. Will definitely recommend to others and plan to return in the future when needed. Thank you!

Lots of long hallways. I saw the twins from The Shining down one them. Seriously, nice facility.
