We paid $600 to have a UHaul truck loaded by this company. The guys were very nice, seemed to know what they were doing, so we left them alone to pack the truck while we finished cleaning the house. When we went out to check the packing, we found our king mattress was strapped across the back of the truck. I asked the team leader why it was like that and he said it would hold everything in place. Trusting that everything was done right, we tipped each guy $40 and got back to work. When we put some more things in the truck later that day, we found the mattress was drooping and we could see what was going on behind it... the truck was a disaster! Items thrown in haphazardly, our wood bed slats were digging into our sofa, boxes piled up with nothing to keep them from falling on the items below during transit. There was a huge void behind the mattress, too. We spent 3 hours repacking the last 1/2 of the truck but were unable to repack the first half they loaded, as that was all behind larger items and we had run out of time. I called the office and complained, sent photos and the manager gave us a $150 refund. When we arrived at our new home and unloaded the truck, we found many broken items that had been damaged because the first 1/2 of the truck had been loaded so poorly. Two bookcases were crushed by heavy unsecured boxes in the "moms attic" portion of the truck. Several snags and large dirty smudges on an upholstered chair and a few of our sofa sections (they had not been wrapped in moving blankets, even though we provided the movers with 30 blankets to use-- most of which were weirdly used on the floor of the truck, instead of being wrapped around furniture!). Many items inside boxes that were packed into the attic area of the truck were also crushed. We move every few years for my husband's job and have a lot of experience with all aspects of moving. We know how to pack boxes and we know how to pack trucks. Across 23 moves over the last 30 years, we have never seen such poor packing skills and have never had so much damage to our belongings. As we continue to unpack boxes, I have no doubt that we'll find even more damage. I've sent the office manager photos of additional items damaged but have not received a response, so I guess they feel $150 was sufficient. We do not agree. My advice is that if you care about your belongings, avoid using this company.

Without a doubt, an A+++ experience!! They arrived on time. We're professuonal, polite, and careful with my furniture and personal belongings. They worked quickly and had my 3BR house moved from storage to house in 6 hours. Thank you Brian & Vernon!! 👍
