  The fact that this place has 4 stars, I'm actually baffled. The fact that they even get one star is because of the front desk guy. I believe his name is Russo. If I could give him 5 stars I would. His customer service is great and kept make sure I was updated and apologizing the other guy, Preston for now showing up on time. Be mindful that my appointment was at 10am and Preston didn't show up until 45 minutes later. Before I made the appointment he said it would take 2 hours. So I was scheduled to work at 12:30pm. That's more than 2 hours. It's 3pm and he's finally done. I'm late to work for 2.5 hours. Russo had left since his shift was done at 12pm. I kept asking the lady at the front how much longer and that I was really late for work. She kept saying he was almost done since 1pm. They have no respect for their customer's time. If they just got me straight up how long it would be I would have gotten someone to pick me up and taken me to work, but they kept saying it's almost done only for hours to pass by. Nearly 5 hours of my day when it was suppose to be 2 hours. No apology btw nor any discount. On top of that, it was a $400 service to get this hitch installed. They should have at least the decency to wipe down all the dirty hand and feet prints all over the driver side of my car. I haven't even checked the trunk yet. I'm so angry I couldn't even form words. I'm about to call corporate and complain and check to see if this is how they treat their customers.

  I have been to many different UHaul's, over several states. This UHaul is by far the worst I've ever been to. Completely disorganized employees and extremely unprofessional. I had to get trailer lights installed on my vehicle (a service they provide) before I was able to take one of their trailers. I went in a few days prior to avoid any potential hiccups. However, when I showed up to the install, they were arguing with me about ever having a install scheduled. Once they finally confirmed on their system that I was in fact scheduled, they realized they had none of the equipment to do it. So they had to rig something up just to get it to work. then proceeded to charge me more then the original quoted price, twice. You read that right. They charged me twice by mistake. I then had to go through the manager, Tonya Holbrook, which was no easy task in itself. No apology, no accountability. This UHaul was a total joke, an you should avoid it at all costs.

  Terrible customer service and would never recommend anyone use them for storage. They "lost" our reservation twice. When we went in to move stuff in on our moving day they had no record of EITHER reservation so I pulled up the email from U-Haul for them. They said someone messed up and the reservation was deleted. We didn't get the size units we needed due to this. When they were giving instructions on how to get into the building, how to disarm the system(s), etc. everything was told to us with an "I think" added at the end. They told us they were going to charge us for a different size unit since they screwed up (were going to charge us for a 10x20 versus 2, 10x10's) and it would save us $55 and when we went in to pay and give notice, they weren't able to change it in the system since we already "moved in" so we ended up overpaying. Everything from the first phone call with them was a complete disaster and no one there seems to know what they are doing.
