This is the most idiotic U-Haul I have ever rented from. Trying to claim I have rented a truck before that I haven’t. And causing me issues. We are definitely going to a different storage facility

I don't know if it's just this U-haul or all of them but If anyone rents from this place you better expect to be placed on hold for more then 30 minutes cuz I called U-haul several times and they placed me on hold and that is very f***ing annoying and if you need roadside assistance don't expect to be answered right away cuz they wont help you.
