  Some of my stuff came up missing after I moved into my place, detergent, skillets and they have roaches so it’s definitely a huge nooooooooo. Very rude and unprofessional, was the counter one day girl didn’t want to open her draw to give me change. A guy was there guessing a manager or whatever didn’t want to help her because I wasn’t interested. Disgusting. They also watch the phone ring. Never again!!! Also gave me the wrong storage unit when I rented my truck, so couldn’t return the truck on time. Truck needed a wheel alignment!!! Disappointing and disappointed

  My wife and I moved a 3 bedroom house with 2 1/2 car garage and a full attic. Using U-Haul saved us about 12,000 dollars compared to what several friends paid to move. The U-Haul staff and service were all friendly, helpful, polite and professional. The icing on the cake was the U-Haul driver that dropped off and picked up the containers. I believe her name is Yvonne. She was a magician on a forklift and could drive a large truck up a long narrow driveway with lots of overhanging trees and avoid damage. Yvonne was very upbeat, friendly and efficient. Overall we had a very good experience working with U-Haul. I highly recommend them fir moving needs.

  I would give Uhaul a zero. They do not keep their promises. I made a reservation on Sunday, 01/16 for pickup at the Southaven, MS location for 7:30 AM on 01/22. I have movers coming to help me load the trailer. I was told today that my pickup location would be this location which is 20 mins out of my way (one way). I live 5 mins from the Southaven, MS location. I believe they waited till the last minute to advise me of this. Otherwise, Uhual should relocate the equipment. I suspect they are suppose to relocate equipment. Bad business - lies not promises! I will retract my statement if Uhual makes good on my reservation.
