Make sure you get the contract in your hand and don't let them email it to you. They said they would email mine and I said ok. You need the copy in your hand so you can check the gas mileage as they say there is more gas in the truck , so when you return it they charge you $4.85 a gallon. Very poor and unprofessional service...RENTER BEWARE

Excellent reception upon picking up my trailer, the girl was busy and managed to get me on the road quite quickly; upon returning, it was 123 & out. Nice friendly service!!
