  Used Upack to move my family over 500 miles. Much better than a moving truck because we had a couple days to load and also unload. A better price than some of the competitors who offer the same service.

  The U-Pack teams in Tonawanda and Elmira New York were a pleasure to work with! From the customer service agents to delivery men, everyone I spoke with was courteous, friendly, and professional. I used their moving services to relocate a (very full) pod's worth of household items from one side of NY state to the other and the process could not have been easier. The container was also very well constructed - metal all the way around, no wood, with plenty of places to lace rope to secure items. I would use this service again in a heart beat. Thank you, U-Pack!!

  This was the most efficient and economical way I found to move. You only pay for the space you actually use up, and your the remainder of your trailer is packed with commercial goods, separated by a retaining wall which you lock up. The delivery time was decent, about 1.5 weeks which gave me time to get to my new place, get it cleaned up and painted, just in time for my delivery. It worked out great. Their customer service is very good from people at the call center to the workers delivering/picking up the trailer.
