I have always used this U-Haul location for my truck and trailer needs because I always get good service. Since retiring it has been a long time since I needed a trailer. Today I called and confirmed that they had a trailer available. They placed a hold on it. Twenty minutes later I was there and Jaron Turner, the General Manager, was there to greet me. Once we got the paperwork completed we went to the yard and Jaron helped me get the truck positioned for hook-up. He took care of the trailer hitch and lights, we went through a safety check on the lights and brakes, and I was on my way. Twenty five minutes later I was on my way. Jaron is simply the BEST. Worst u-haul location around, awful management. Save yourself the headache, make the drive and go to a different location. I've always had a great experience at the West Springfield location.
