  Usually go to inkster but was sent here to pick up my truck. NASTY attitude from the staff. Then they were laughing at me for mentioning they should be nicer to the customers. Manager was YELLING At another customer stating we guarantee the truck not the dolly. The place is dirty too. Definitely needs to be looked at by the higher ups. This place is a wreck

  Worst experience ever. Initially rented a truck and reserved a unit, when I arrived to get the truck it was on E and the paper work said it was at a quarter tank. I loaded the truck and got to my unit for someone else's lock to be on it full of somebody else's stuff and had to wait 2 days playing phone tag. They offered my first month's rent for free and when I arrived again I was told they could only give me my second months for free. Which doesn't benefit me because I don't plan on staying there a second mo th after this ordeal. And both times I had to be there you could obviously hear the manager or somebody in the back office arguing and cussing somebody out on the phone.

  Paige the so called “owner” has a very bad attitude and told me if I could act a human. Using in inappropriate words. Very bad attitude from the beginning of our encounter. Very rude U Haul of Westland Supposed to be the Owner. Really was mad because I didn’t wait for her yesterday to get a crate ready that was called in ready the day before. Crate was not ready today either. She don’t even deserve one star. 😒
