This place has horrible customer service. Reserved a truck online get a call that neither the truck size nor the time I rented the truck for was available. She blamed the other customers and said it’s not uhaul’s fault. I ask about the reservation guarantee. She said she can give me the 50 dollar credit but has to cancel my reservation. Seriously?!? I rented a truck at the end of January and the same thing happened. The customer service rep gave me a reservation guarantee. The website in uhaul says…. Should U-Haul, through its own fault fail to meet time, place and equipment size, a $50 "Reservation Guarantee" will be paid and U-Haul will still attempt to fill the reservation. The woman at the Williston location doesn’t actually want to help customers. She is rude and aggressive with customers.

Irritating... got a trailer, 20 min later, can you bring it back and swap it. We did, but still irritating.

Terrible customer support. The people here are extremely misinformed and downright rude. Tried calling and asking for a manager to make a complaint and was given run around by a very rude employee who just hung up on me when I insisted on talking to a manager.
