When first placing our U-Haul Box order for us to move cross-country, we were assured that I would be only be charged 5 days before the boxes were due to arrive. However, the morning that the movers were due to arrive, we received a call from Trisha Wright telling me that I needed to be charged upfront for them to release the boxes to the movers. That turned out to be wrong, meaning she either lied or doesn't know how to actually do her job. They then placed a hold on my account, claiming that I had never paid, causing me to be charged twice for the $2200 shipping fee, even though it was later confirmed that I shouldn't be charged until the aforementioned 5 days prior to arrival. This is on top of them inputting the wrong name on the account (apparently very common) which added an extra hurdle for moving to ensure we could get our own things back, combined with half of the customer service associates on the phone being exceptionally rude. Overall I would give them 0 stars if I could, and in the future will more than likely use a different company.

I placed a reservation at this location for 530pm and made it for mobile pick up. When I get there the store location is closed and was not placed as a mobile order so my Uhaul was not available! I had to pick up a sofa and couldn’t and lost out on money because it had to be picked up that day! Very disgusted

I came to this location today for several moving products and supplies. The younger woman, older woman, and young man were both VERY helpful. They even offered to help us take the stuff to the car. They answered all our questions and were very informative. Thanks again.
