  Stopped in on the weekend and reserved a trailer to pick up Wednesday, they rented to someone else. Good grief! Left me scramble to find something on my own. Had I known I could have borrowed a buddies. It put me in a real bind. Not very happy.

  I reserved a trailer here and my reservation was changed to another location in Anlaska without notice (around 30 miles more drive). I had a guaranteed reservation in this place and honestly I did not know who does not understand the meaning of guaranteed! I had to drive the new location and pick up the trailer cause I was left with no other choices! I asked for discount and got 50$ discount, though!.

  The reviews didn't look good but I only came in for packing supplies. Somehow, even that was made a challenge by this store. I arrived shortly after it was scheduled to open and luckily an employee was outside on a smoke break and let me know "the manager didn't show up.... again." This employee had more of a construction/back of house role & wasn't trained in handing any of the scheduled pick ups/drop offs. Seeing as most moves happen on a tight schedule this is a huge problem. Lucky for me, I only came for packing supplies. The worker went above & beyond to try and help me. He called someone who walked him step by step through processing my sale and a half an hour later I was on my way. Wonderful employee but the people running this place really need to step up.
