Use this location before using the app or online!!! Traffic messed me up at another location with a 20’ and could not honor their guarantee, so they sent me almost 30 miles out of my way with a reschedule. Spoke with Kevin Washington at 2525 Eastern Blvd location, which was only 3 miles away, and he was able to get me a 26’ within 30 mins at the same price. The man deserves a raise!

Everything went well when we reserved a 26’ truck. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. This location gets busy sometimes, so be prepared to wait in line for service.

The General Manager of this Store is one of the most Cold Hearted people I've ever met! No compassion! No remorse! It seems that he thrives on misery! The more dissatisfied you are with the service the happier he becomes! Be careful dealing with him !
