Very good experience upon getting this truck short 10-ft. The lady behind the desk was very cordial and helped a lot on getting the truck plus you had a very interesting dog that was in the place with her.

I had a similar experience in trying to drop off a trailer at this location. I called and left a message - no call back and did not show in 30 minutes. We ended up dropping off at the U-Haul in Boone (about 20 minutes away.) Never did hear back from this guy.

What is the point of reserving a truck?!? I reserved a 15 foot truck, well in advance. We get there, he does not have the reservation, does not have a 15 foot truck, but will give me a 26 foot truck. The problem is, this is going to Columbia, SC. I do not need a 26 foot truck, I cannot drive a 26 foot truck to Columbia, and it will use more gas. This completely defeats the purpose of making a reservation. UHaul Customer Service said the reservation went through as requested. I've used UHaul for years and have never had an issue except for the two times I've used this location.
