  All I can say is DO NOT use Wraps. We have been using them forever and never reported an issue until now. The owner smokes cigarettes inside the building which has caused one of our packages that contained a luxury handbag to be returned due to the smell. The box was left on a Friday in which the owner assured that it would be picked up that day. Long story short, it was not picked up and was subject to cigarette smoke all weekend. This has caused us to lose a sale and we know the owners will take no responsibility. Find another location to ship your items.

  We will have to agree to disagree on this one. There was a former employee, gone over six months now, that was a smoker. Since their departure, this buildings has been cleaned and many of our regular customers have commented on the noted changes since last fall. Anything you dropped off on a Friday was picked up that day and did not sit here over the weekend. Please stop back by for a whiff....there is no smoke smell in Wraps Box & Ship. Thank you!!

  I have lived in Banner Elk for many years and am very glad this UPS drop off point is here. They have always given me good information, for example, the issue with the Amazon scan that they don't have the ability to do. I asked them about it politely and they gave me good information! A lot of people these days seem to think they can be rude to others and still expect to be treated politely in return. Get a clue people. Treat others the way you want to be treated and you might be surprised how much more pleasant your life becomes. As far as the review that said they couldn't pin point an exact delivery day, are you not aware that nobody can control when something is delivered?? I have always found the people running this business to be very competent, and prefer to deal with a small business. My experience has been there's more incompetence with big businesses!

  Just hung up with the employee Dave from this location. He was extremely rude and even resulted in name calling after I tried explaining to him that we have a label and account number to ship via FedEx. Don’t waste your money here not worth it.

  The customer had no shipping label and we are not allowed to use unverified account numbers to initiate shipments. This was explained to the customer 4 or 5 times but she refused to accept the facts. She became very agitated and finally hung up. We cannot violate shipping company policies and are not responsible if customers will not accept that situation
