Peter was phenomenal at providing customer care on the day of my trailer pick up. Ran into some issues with the break lights, helped me diagnose the problem in the rain! stayed with me through the whole thing even after he ruled out that it was not the trailer that was the issue. Overall great experience picking up from this U-HAUL location.
