Everything worked out pretty good for me. If I had any questions they had the answer. I made it back by Friday, but it still loaded. I should get it unloaded before noon tomorrow.

The business is actually a kennel. The U-Haul business is a secondary business. Therefore the employees are not as familiar or has trained on the U-Haul system as is stand alone U-Haul location. They are very friendly but I rented 3 separate times over a two mo period each time it took 30 - 45 min to check out the U-Haul when I had already made my reservation online. I would have given a higher rating if the wait wasn't so long and the employees we're a little more efficient.
