Great experience from beginning to end. I rented one of the small U-Haul trucks and when my friend and I arrived, we were greeted with a smile. Very thorough explanation and expectations for return of the truck. Same friendly greeting upon return. I've rented U-Haul trucks before, but this was by far the most pleasant and will use this business again if needed in the future.

Awful... Website didn't work so after calling them and them telling me I'm doing it wrong it's not the website I finally just downloaded the app (an hour later). That didn't work right either. So I had to wait for the store to open. The guy finally arrived an hour later and acts like it's my fault cause I didn't call the store, because you know I'm just supposed to know that he sends his store number to his cell at night. So now I'm 3 hours in trying to get this uhaul I set up days before so I could use there 24/7 service. What a joke. I will never us uhaul again. There are to many other companies out there to use.

The guy was very rude and would not honor the online price. We ended up going a mile up the road to a better uhaul rep.
