One of the worst human beings I've ever met works there she is rude and hateful and very sarcastic. She got upset about the mask when I put the mask on she was still upset and refused to rent because of the middle initial on my credit card. And then tells me she's sorry that I went to U-Hauls that didn't follow policy ... Ridiculous

There is no way anyone can deal with the people working here I highly recommend you don’t waste your time and go els where. Extremely rude old lady. they never have moving trucks ready. I’m 100% sure that 99% of the good reviews are the workers and company it self all the bad reviews are actually the customers. This is the one 2225 S Main St Harrisonburg VA 22801. 3:30pm

Debra was friendly and thorough. The Uhaul cargo van only had 9k miles on it and was very clean and drove great. Plenty of room to leave my car while driving the Uhaul. Easy pickup and dropoff. I appreciated that Debra practiced social distancing. No issues, would rent from here again.
