I would give this business 10 stars if I could! Herb not only went the extra mile, he went the extra 2 miles! His personal service and caring overcame several really potentially catastrophic problems to get us the correct truck for our needs. Throughout the whole experience he was on top of things and made things happen in a seamless manner. I will use him from now on!

Recently needed to rent a truck to transport furniture and other household items to my kids in NC. I got a couple quotes from other local rental outlets and found pricing and customer service to be satisfactory. Then I contacted Herb at U-store it and Uhaul next to Purvis Ford and found unmatched customer service !. From the start Herb asked all the right questions and offered options I hadn't considered. Follow up request met with no objection just positive solutions. Lisa and Renée both very knowledgeable and professional. I got a great deal, best quote and final price. I will, when needed return for my next rental truck without hesitation. Thanks again to Herb, Lisa and Renée for all the help and friendly service.
