Look at all the parking spots the man running this scam of a U-Haul drop off had but claims he couldn’t accept our truck! After dropping our truck off at this location, as outlined in our contract, the man running this place took our key out of the box, texted it to us, and threatened to have the truck towed at our expense. He then re-opened our contract, making us liable for a late return fee. After thirty minutes on hold with Uhaul customer service, they changed our contract so that we could drop the truck off at a different location. Even they were surprised that he refused our contractual obligation. I hope uhaul revokes their status as a drop off location. Avoid at all costs!

This place is exactly what everyone is saying. It's a scam. The guy asked if I wanted to drop it off at a different location. I said, sure, this one is a little closer. I think. I was moving 8 miles from this store. I drove a total of like 20 miles. I dropped the van off at a different location about 5 miles from this one. I was charged over 150 dollars. Drove a total of 20 miles, and it cost me over 150 dollars.

Just providing this rating because my experience here seemed to be the opposite of the majority of users. The truck I reserved was the only one at this site- I’m guessing the negative reviews on Google are from people who arrived without a reservation and hoped to find a truck sitting around here, when it appears they actually just stock for customers who have made reservations. Service was fine and car was in great condition, just make sure you reserve your truck through UHaul in advance!
