Did our booking online with truckshare pick on a weekend. We didnt get our dolly so we ended up requesting more time for the truck (within 24hour same rate) was told we would be charged a second day for no reason. And sure enough they charged us 2 days, wrong mileage fees, the dolly for 2 day and the bill was so confusing. I called "corporate customer service and it took us 20 min to sort out how the bill was reading and what it should have been. The lady submitted it to the location to fix/refund. This location never got invovled!! The area manager called after a couple days and refunded correct amount. Will use uhaul again just not this one!

This is absolutely on of the last businesses left in clarion area that is ran and maintained by a man who honestly cares for his customers. He (terry) has went out of his way many times to help me out and twist the rental rules in a mannor that was meant to save me as much money as possible. Great attitude and will do all he can to accommodate your needs. If you are ever n need of his service for a uhaul or a prebuilt garage he is the man u absolutely need to see.

I rented a truck for here online. Went to pick it up and there were no keys for it. I stood around for almost half an hour on the phone with uhaul when the man who ran the shop finally showed up. Once he got there we had to star all over from scratch.
