Well, you never know when you’ll need to rent a UHaul to bring home a purchase. Great service and our son loves his new race car.

The folks at the Ramada that manage the Uhaul rentals will lie and mislead you about what you are being charged. I paid $40+ for a rental and was told explicitly that I had ten miles to use. I didn't use all of the miles and left the truck with more fuel than when it was dispatched. A bogus $19 charge showed up and the fella here said it was for mileage, and by his own logic our fees should've only been $43. Avoid like the plague, this place is a money racket.

The employees of U-haul at the Ramada Inn are the epitome of scam artist. Was told that because of not having a major credit card I had to pay the $150 deposit which wasn't a problem because only driving 6 miles in total. Upon returning the truck I was told that that I went over henceforth forfeiting my $150. When asked how come it just wasn't prorated I was told "It's our policy" When asked to show me the "policy" I was told to call the 800 number. Do not use this one please drive the extra 7 miles and use the one in Ft. Chiswell.
