Deb, the receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond helping to make sure I had everything I needed. The truck I needed had a cracked windshield so she called 2 days ahead and asked me if I would take a bigger truck for the same price as the one I ordered. I would recommend this location to anyone needing to rent a U-Haul. She made tmy experience great.

the lady at Knox was very helpful and gave me a lot of information that I needed but do not go to the one in Lafayette Indiana they do not Titan the trailer down and then they'll blame it on you and they will not pay for the damages
