If this is the same Uhaul that also has a gun range (which was a highlight) in Searcy, it was a terrible experience, the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul, this was about 5 years ago but I returned the truck 5 minutes late (originally talked about this when I picked up the truck) The man was very rude, insulting, threating to call the police, and press charges for theft of a non returned rental. It was absolutely the worst experience, and I will NEVER return there. I emailed U Haul immediately afterwards at the time, and they never contacted me about it, or wanted to discuss anything at all.
