The owner and his family were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. I was in a bind where I needed to move out quickly, and despite uhaul inventory being low he made sure I had a truck I was comfortable driving as soon as possible. Couldn’t recommend more!

This is perhaps the best UHAUL experience I've ever had. In this particular case, it was about the owner who seemed to really care. Then, there was girl who worked for him who was "professionally polite" and seemed genuinely grateful for us as customers - she was authentic. We rented 26FT. If the owner is reading this, our account is under "T. Brown", and we both thought you were amazing.

Demetrius Hadley is a diligent, caring representative of U-Haul. He worked hard to find the preferred vehicle for my needs and helped to cut through the required "red tape" of the rental contract. With the able assistance and leadership of his company supervisor, Virginia Romo, Demetrius made me feel that I was his only concern when finding the right vehicle for my mission. Of all the area U-Haul locations, this one is by far the best! I hardily recommend this location for the next U-Haul experience. I wish I could give a 10-star rating!!
