The staff was really amazing. They went above and beyond and even hooked the trailer we rented up, and removed it when we dropped it off. They also let us use a hitch as long as we dropped it off there. So helpful and so generous.

Friendly guys, but they didn't look the trailer over at all before we got it, so they took 30 minutes to repair the wiring once we hooked it up, and then we had a bearing fall apart halfway into our trip because they didn't check it beforehand. Uhaul is lucky they are the only trailer rental company, because if I had any other option, I would choose the other one.

I would give it zero stars if i could. Had a reservation for a uhaul during the big snow storm we had out here. Had them push the reservation back to 1pm to see if the weather or roads would clear up. Decided to call and reschedule for the next day. Tried calling 4 hours and could not reach anyone. Could not drive up with the road conditions at the time. Went in the next morning right when they opened. Waited for almost a hour for them to tell me that there were no trucks left. Said i had a reservation and tried contacting them all day previously with weather. He didnt care, said i should have been there at 1 and blew me off saying if nothing else he had other work to do. Complete joke if you ask me
