Make reservation a week in advance the day of get a call saying if I'm not there in 15 minutes they can not rent to me, made it there. Spent 5 minutes with me, then he left for Drs appt. Loaded car on tow dolly that distroyed my car. I was lied to again by U haul. Told them where I was dropping the rental when reservation was made and picked up no problem till I left then they demanded me to go over 30+ miles out of my way. DO NOT RENT FROM U HAUL LIARS, THEY ARE CRIMINAL!!!! MY CAR WAS DISTORTED BY THE LIARS AT U HAUL. I am a disabled cancer survivor now will end up in Hospital due to criminals....

Phil and Fran are good people. My bill is always high but it's because I always move myself with minimal help and keep the truck forever. They never complain about how long I keep it and have even stayed a few minutes late for me to get there and turn truck in.
