I had absolutely no trouble with these folks while I was a tenet at the facility. However, after dropping my last rent check with a letter explaining that I would be moved out by the end of the month, I continued to receive a monthly bill. I took my bills in multiple times and I was assured that I would no longer receive them seeing as how I had moved out within my time frame AND they had already placed a NEW tenet in this locker. Today, I found my previous locker and my name in our local paper stating that my things (which have been moved out for months) will be auctioned off shortly. They did not handle this professionally and I'm now wondering if they are going to auction off the new tenets belongings thinking that they are mine. I do not recommend renting a storage locker here.
