This review has nothing to do with purchasing anything at this location. It is regarding a job interview earlier this week. I received a call from the mgr., Paul, to set up an interview, which we did. I went in for my 10am appt. and was 15 minutes early. His interview skills were terrible. It was held outside in the parking lot. He seemed frustrated that I was wearing a face mask and I also had my rainbow bracelet on (this is my opinion and hopefully I am wrong in thinking this). He told me to go home take the online test and call him. I admit, my husband helped, being that I am not very technical!!! (With that being said, Mr. Paul wasn't aware that he helped!). I called him back about an hour after the interview and he acted surprised and said he would call me back the next day. He never did! I am fine with not getting a job, etc., but at least have the DECENCY to let me know (or anyone who applies know). Or tell me I am not a good fit. Be honest!! I did my part and I simply found this man to be ignorant and rude. I will never go to Uhaul again.

Highly recommend this location!! Glen helped me adjust my reservation as the call center for Uhaul was zero help. He went out of his way to pick up parts for my hitch installation before the store opened for the day and found a way to squeeze me in with all of their other appointments. Paul and Glen installed my hitch faster than quoted- allowing me to get on the road faster for my cross-country move. Can not say thank you enough!

Pulled into the U haul parking lot to be let out to use the AT&T. Could not get into their parking lot due to the Starbucks customs backed all the way into the street. My girlfriend was waiting with the car running. Would have been there 5 minutes tops just to pay a bill. The Cleck from the U haul comes out within seconds of us pulling in to tell us to leave. I told her to wait across the street. The clerk then replys Bye and laughs. I have used this Uhaul in the past and now will take my business elsewhere. Lack of Courtesy is what people are missing today.
