My recent experience. I stopped a manager and he paged someone in the store. He brought me Airelle. Arielle was BEYOND helpful and knowledgeable. It was amazing experience and working with her. Went on on a busy Saturday afternoon (2-ish). A 'newer' associate could see I was on a mission to find a bathroom project. They were so helpful, looked up which aisle they may have it in & bingo! Came in on a Sunday to shop for succulents and ran in to Nancy. She is the kindest Lowe’s employee I have ever met. It was the most pleasant experience I have had. I lost my receipt and was unable to complete her survey but I hope I see her next time I come in!
