  Needed to change reservation from a 20’ truck to a 26’ one way. Felicia was super friendly, helpful and professional. She called a different location and was unable to locate a truck. She made another call and was able to locate the PERFECT vehicle for us!!!! It was an amazing truck, not one issue. THANK YOU Felicia!!! You are a great employee and represent of U-Haul, doing it with class and professionalism with an awesome smile!! THANK YOU again!!!

  Been to this location 4 times in as many days. Today I called ahead to make sure they were dispensing propane and I was assured they were, when I arrived (5 minutes later) I'm informed they aren't dispensing propane because they are short staffed and he doesn't have time to help us. Over the past 2 months I've spent well over $1000.00 at this place with moving boxes, tape and 3 moving trucks. They won't get anymore of my money or time.

  i had a bad experience with one of the employees. I think her name was jessica cooke? she was fine for the most part but then was SO rude to my dad. gave him so much attitude when he asked if they offered a military discount?? i understand being upset at customers who act like entitled karens, but he was really nice and just trying to ask her about the discount before she finished ringing me up. she was also pretty rude to the other customers in the store as well and not being very helpful to them. another issue is that the trailer i tried to rent was too short for my dads truck. a disclaimer would have been nice! so instead i had to pay $100+ more for a truck trailer and i wasn’t offered any compensation for that. also, they had to refund the first charge and then charged me the second charge. I now have hardly any money because the refund isn’t immediate. this was a really frustrating experience and added so much stress to my already stressful move. it definitely dampened my uhaul experience and will probably go for a different moving company in the future.
