Rented a trailer. I was disabled. They let me borrow a hitch+wiring converter(without charge), for trailer use for the day. Thank you so much! Will definitely use again.. Site, and vehicles are kept pretty clean too.

I would love to rate this place more stars and for the most part they deserve it. We had a new trailer controller installed because the idiots who owned the vehicle before us just tied the trailer plug wires into the rear lights. Worked beautifully. Picked up the trailer and drove to Florence for the night and then back to Redmond, OR where we're from. Then we started having battery issues. Come to find out when they attached the hot lead for brakes and hazard lights to the battery they put it on top of the bracket instead of underneath which usually isn't an issue,but the stud nut is cupped and is the tensioner for the battery cable. Battery cable was loose and could pull it off by hand. Swapped the eyelet to underneath and everything tightened down great.

Decent prices, huge selection of trailers and enclosed trucks. Great staff though! Eric M was super helpful, knowledgeable and fast with my return. They also have a huge self storage section!
