As expected, like all U-haul outlets the store is clean and orderly. Finding the necessary supplies you might need it a breeze. The personnel go out of their way to help, explaining each item purchased to website the proper use for optimum safety.

Picked up a truck this morning and almost immediately discovered that the a/c is not working. I have a 1600 mile trip and it is 100 degrees where i am headed. I paid 3200 dollars to rent a working truck. Uhaul store would not do anything for me, told me i had to go through roadside assistance. Several hours later roadside assistance call to tell me that a mobile mechanic will be at the store to work on the truck. . I brought the truck down and went to leave the keys. They told me that they wouldnt deal with it that i had to stay with the truck. They were unwilling to do anything for me after already wasting my day because of them giving me q truck that was not ready. I will NEVER use this store agaimn and will probably never use uhaul again either
