  Placed an order for trailer hitch installation, paid in advance and received confirmation of appointment 1 week in advance. Showed up an hour early this morning for the appointment only to be told they don’t have the parts to install on my vehicle. No curtesy call the day before or nothing. Also while there, without consulting the customer they “upgraded” a customer to a 15’ truck instead of the 10’ truck the customer ordered because U-haul was short on inventory. Of course, U-Haul never considered the customer asked for a specific size vehicle due to logicians restrictions. Terrible customer service and will never visit this location again and recommend you stay away too.

  Rude rep on the phone and hung up on me after 2 min conversation. Rating two stars because I haven't seen or experienced with the rest of the business here. DETAILS: Called this location just now and a rep named Frankie picked up the phone after 12min of waiting. I told him it's my first time trying to get trailer hitch installed here and asked how the process worked. He ignored me and went silent for a good 20 sec. I asked him the same question and he intruppted me this time by asking me for model year of my car which I responded with 2021 Toyota Highlander. He said "there's no such car in his system". LOL i repeated model and year, also mentioned to him that I had already checked the uhaul site for compability. He swears there's no 2021 Toyota Highlander. I told him it's a very well known model. At that point, I asked my earlier question for the 3rd time and complained about why my simple question was being ignored twice. He said he can't tell me untill he has my car info. I told him that's exactly what he should have responded earlier and not make things super complicated. THEN he just hung up the phone and I was re routed to the initial generic phone queue. If the business owner of this location cares about the business and its customers then do reach out to me and make this corrected.

  I love renting from this place. Great service and managed/owned by an awesome woman. Renting a truck is not the most fun experience but this place makes it great. There is free parking if you need to leave your car while renting the truck. Clean and organized. Used storage here for a few weeks as well and was impressed with the cleanliness. This place was spotless. No issues with anything while storing.
