We were supposed to have 2 moving pods delivered today. They told us between the hours of 12-4 that they would arrive. I stayed home all day waiting for them to arrive. It is 10:30pm and no pods. I have work early in the morning and they don’t respect your time. What an unprofessional company. Definitely taking my business elsewhere. Unreliable. The guy on the phone passed our town to drop off someone else’s pod and told us he is on the way and never showed.

I used the Relo cube for an out of state, long distance move. I had no problems whatsoever. You can track your cube the whole time it is in transit if you need peace of mind. I like how this is a single company, not a broker, so no hidden fees. I will definitely use this company again.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Not only did they lie about the possibility of a same day drop off/pick up (before I paid, it was not a problem, after I paid, it was impossible) but in loading my pod, I had to talk to three organizations when I called their customer service line? AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
