  Upack was wonderful to experience. They called me before pick up and drop off. They coordinated with me to ensure that my cube got there when I was there. You get 2-3 days to load and unload. This worked good for me, but others may need more time. It was also easy to request final pick up online as well.Most importantly, none of my items were damaged when I unloaded them after a trip from GA to TN.

  Very happy with the services and the flexibility around… Just how much stuff do I have and how much space do I need? I also had my things delivered much quicker than I would have on a pod. The gentleman that dropped off the pod in Florida was professional and accommodating(sorry I don’t remember his name). Carlos in Decatur was amazingly helpful in making sure that there was proper space to unload in my tiny front yard and yet not have the trailer sticking out into the road. He also made sure that I knew how to do everything to start unloading my things.He did all of that with a warm and friendly smile !

  Great Value . This is the 2nd time I've used Upack to move long distance, first was 20060-2007-ish . I received a quote online and they honored the pricing, no hidden or surprise fees. Jim at the VA Beach location was very professional and courteous with the scheduling and drop off of the relocube at my originating location. Received a courtesy call approx 1 hr before drop off. Everyone I spoke with in rescheduling dates and concerns in regards to "whether everything can fit " in the relocate was informative, polite and professional (no pressure, no upsells) and assured me my belongings would fit and it did 🥳 At my final destination, scheduling drop and pick up of the relocate was easy breezy. Driver was professional and courteous as well, we were able to unpack the relocube same day it was dropped off at my final destination and we unpacked it the same night, scheduled pick up which was the next day. 10/10 highly recommend.
