  Would not recommend. Booked moving time for 9am. Movers arrived at 10:30. Specifically book at this time to avoid high traffic and beat the lunch hour for my new place. The driver had an attitude when I questioned him about his late arrival. The owner requested more money due to the job needing more time, no worries I paid upfront. The package I selected was set to include assembly / disassembly along with moving. My items were already disassembled and only required assembly upon arrival to final destination. I offered them lunch and beverages due to us having to wait for the concierge to return from lunch. They literally dumped my items in my new home and left. I went outside to provide them with a tip and inquire about assembly and they were gone. Whew Chile. Try to support your people but I’ll go ahead and go for quality next time….. Long story short, I could have paid professional and saved time and money. I got finessed.

  Really don’t understand why your posting all these lies. Trying to make it like someone at our company is harassing you. We don’t not tolerate any of our worker to disrespect each other or our customers. We can send you all correspondence via email between you and our sale rep. There is no conversation conflict. You only stated that “driver needed to work on his personal skills” Your posting bad reviews from different accounts. Why? We gave you a estimated arrival time of 9am-11am Called and informed you of our arrival time at 10am.. sent you contract stating we would arrive 9am-11am, you signed. Movers arrived at 10am, your start time was 10:15am. Movers loaded your items on truck to took them to your unloading location. Your leasing office staff was out for lunch, movers waited over a hour for you to get your keys to your apartment. We waved that hour, being we don’t charge for time we are not working. Job took 5/hrs, and we only charged you for 4/hrs. Your elevator was broken so movers took all your items up two fights of stairs. After all this your writing bad reviews? We don’t assemble beds we didn’t disassemble. Because we can’t guarantee the structure security. Your bed was missing parts, and you had over 60 boxes and a 8 person table going into a studio apartment. We have pictures and moves placed all your bedroom furniture in your bedroom. You didn’t have any living room furniture so they put all 60 box there. Table was placed in hallway by door, being that was the only possible place for it.. We ended up tipping our workers. And we wish you well.

  I contacted this company via the internet. No confirmation via email with rules on how the move you. Pay before they unload your damaged furniture. They damaged . Broke fan globe light. No tools to take door off or disassemble bed. Bed left at other location because they have no hand drill. Or proper dolly . They will investigate in 30 days the damage. I hope this helps future movers make a decision. Oh am they don’t take doors off refrigerator. So fridge is sitting on my porch. I hope it works. They laid down the fridge in the truck. Said wait 4 hours before plugging it in.

  Terrible movers. Terrible business. Terrible service. Please do yourself a favor and use the app “Task Rabbit” to find quality movers. After booking these clowns, I had to hire another crew. The manager spends too much time trying to respond to negative reviews instead of learning the basic fundamentals of operating a successful business. “Do better.
