  Called at the last minute and Lawrence and his coworker arrived and were awesome! Had their own supplies and put everything in its place, best movers I've used. Just wish I used them for my whole move rather than just unloading :)

  Was quoted amount after answering many questions about belongings actually overestimated because none of my children have bdrm sets only bed frames no dressers or anything like that. Also only 3 of us live in house but anyway I still called it a 4 bdrm for the quote 2 wks prior to move me friends made trips with our cars to move all the small stuff.I should mention that I had only lived in home 1YR and had another company move us prior year with smaller truck and no issues. I had donated a ton of stuff during the year 2 I had less to move. I paid for 3 men prior company only had 2 the previous yr. I was watching movers I realized a few things out of the 3 men i was paying an hourly to, one was much older and did not lift a single item. He spent 1.5 hrwrapping my china cab. While another of the men watched becuz it was his first day and he needed to be trained on how to do EVERYTHING! basically I had 1 great mover out of 3 honestly he was very good. Issues began when I realized we were nt even 1/2 done packing my belongings let alone driving 2 new house and unpack and we were at the end of the time quoted. I mentioned this to the OLDER man and he said "well u want us to stop then? I obviously started to get frustrated. He then called the owner who showed later and started joking about how the old man was just too old and that the other guy was brand new. I DID NT FIND THIS AMUSING AT ALL. Fast forward to many more hours we are still at old house....the older man stood in truck folding blankets and packing things in truck haphazardly. I offered to fold the blankets while he moved my stuff and he refused to let me saying i wouldn't fold them correctly. WTH? Now the best part They now say they can only fit half of my belongings on truck and they will have to make yet another trip. Honestly at this point I am in tears because the entire situation is HORRIBLE! As a single female there at the house they were taking total advantage of me. After all was said and done I honestly was just going to let it slide until I realized not only did they do all of this BS they also destroyed belongings and have refused to cover cost of replacement. I have contacted Lawrence many times. At first he said he would contact insurance company but I never heard back from him or insurance comp. I am nt an idiot and I also happen to own a few businesses of my own so I am fully aware of how the insurance companies operate. I have now tried to contact Lawrence Egolum the owner many times he refuses to even respond. Damage to property- smashed daughters brand new vanity and broke legs off completely. I didnt see it until they left but they actually went as far as to use some of there own screws a to try to screw the cracked wood back together bt needless to say it didnt wrk and when we went to try to move it it crashed down on floor. then damaging our hardwood floor on top of it.When moving my couch they tried to cram it through door way instead of angling it and broke legs off of my brand new $3000 couch. So now it has metal screws scratching floors because it has no legs.They knew this because Lawrence even went outside to fine one of the legs. They offered to tape legs back on. OMG!This also ripped molding in my new home. They then slid couch across floor chipping trim around my fireplace. When moving washer they didn't bother to disconnect the tray it sits in so they broke the drain pipe.They scratched a huge scratch in my dining room table when they put it on its face to take legs off without putting anything down on wood floor first.I asked them not to take apart my 6 years old metal bed frame bcuz we never had before and its easier to move it that way but they wanted to take the extra time obviously so they did it anyway. At new house I went to put it together and they had lost screws .So after all bein said and done I had to hire another company to move the rest of my belongings cuz they packed things so horribly and didn't fit any of my large things in truck ALL I ASKED FOR WAS 2B REIMBURSE ME 4 THE VANITY IT WAS MY DAUGHTERS NEW ITEM.

  I called this company at the last minute and set up a move. Everything was wrapped . Very professional .... I would definitely use them again !!!!
