U-Pack performed very well with a few minor exceptions. They were flexible, allowing us to book a 2nd trailer on contingency, which we never used and they didn't bill us for. They picked up and dropped off when they said they would within a few hours, and the price is unbeatable. The driver who dropped off the trailer was a gem, personable and providing detailed instructions. The driver who picked up the trailer was uncommunicative and totally unhelpful, bordering on uncivil. The shipment arrived OK, but there was apparently a leak in the trailer which caused three of our boxes to become wet. We were fortunate that this didn't cause significant damage. So a very good, but not perfect, experience. U-Pack was much more professional than the people who loaded. U-Pack suggests loaders and unloaders but I would recommend doing your own investigation on whom to use.

Affordable and professional end-to-end moving solution. I relocated coast-to-coast without a destination address. It cost a considerably less than a moving truck, they subcontract to knowledgeable local muscle to make sure it all gets well-packed. The company were in contact and flexible every step of the way, with extra wiggle room for storage if need be.
